new leaf

Ok so as spring is just around the corner I've decided, through the the help of an awesome group on fb. To change my eating habits, lack of excersise routine. I have to admit its harder then I want it to be! It seems like all my life I've had to battle this problem. From the age of sixteen, I have had a weight problem. So its a miracle (enter sarcasm) that I've decided to get off my ass. So for the last three days I've worked out on the treadmill/ watched my food intake. Oi! Here's to me actually sticking to this plan, and it not knocking me on my ass. Lol. More to come :)
